These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between tah77 and any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the tah77 online casino platform available at tah77.net and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

To register and maintain an account on the tah77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. To create a tah77 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

tah77 conducts KYC verification on all accounts prior to processing the first withdrawal. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

All financial transactions on the tah77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). tah77 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on tah77 is ₱100, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Withdrawal Verification: tah77 may require KYC verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in the same name as the tah77 account.
• Funds Origin: By depositing funds into your tah77 account, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Inactive Account Fees: Accounts with a positive balance that have been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month, applied until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

tah77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms applicable across all tah77 promotions are as follows:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tah77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the tah77 Platform in a manner not intended for human players.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the tah77 Platform's software or security systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tah77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the tah77 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from:

• Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failures beyond tah77's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your tah77 account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers such as GCash, PayMaya, or banking institutions.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

tah77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tah77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By using the tah77 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the tah77 Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with tah77 through good-faith negotiation by contacting tah77 support. tah77 will endeavor to respond to and resolve all player complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
